About Anthea
Anthea Cheng is a vegan food blogger, recipe developer, food photographer and chef.
After opening a boutique cake business in 2014, she launched Rainbow Nourishments to meet like-minded people and share her love of vegan food. In 2019, she closed her shop to focus on her true love - making vegan recipes accessible to everyone.
Anthea is passionate sharing wholesome vegan recipes with a twist, is particularly fond of baking and loves to experiment with recipes which are gluten free, refined sugar free and nut-free.
In 2019 Anthea released her first cookbook 'Incredible Plant-based Desserts' which was a pre-order best seller on Amazon USA and BookDepository.
